Tedd Powers, MBA, MSF, AVA

Tedd Powers is the founder and principal of Corporate Strategy & Finance Associates. Prior to founding the firm in January 2004, Tedd spent more than sixteen years building a successful management career with two of the world's largest paper companies. He served as the Director of Marketing for an $800 million division of International Paper Company and has led the expansion of successful operations as well as the turnaround of troubled businesses. Tedd earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. His outstanding academic performance at the Kelley School earned his admittance into Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society for business students.  Tedd also holds a Bachelor's degree and a Certificate in Healthcare Accounting and Financial Management from Indiana University.

Tedd specializes in strategy development, business planning, and corporate finance. He also leads our business valuation practice and is certified as an Accredited Valuation Analyst by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Sri Sampath, MBA

Sri Sampath is a Senior Associate with Corporate Strategy & Finance Associates. With more than thirteen years experience in quality control and continuous process improvement, Sri has delivered solutions to customers in eight countries on four continents and enjoys leading diverse and multi-cultural teams. He has served in both corporate and functional roles with a Fortune 10 multinational company and extensive experience in process mapping, modeling and optimization. Sri earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. He also holds two Master's degrees in Chemical Engineering and is a Six Sigma Certified Black Belt.

Sri specializes in quality control, continuous process improvement and decision analysis. His interests include Change Management and Lean Six Sigma

Brian Hipp, MBA

Brian Hipp is a Senior Associate with Corporate Strategy & Finance Associates. Brian has served as Plant Manager for a manufacturing firm with facilities in the United States and Mexico.  He has extensive experience in adapting and implementing lean manufacturing principles in a job shop environment and is well-versed in modern manufacturing structures, mathematics, and practices.  He has provided quality engineering solutions for both U.S. and Japanese automotive manufacturers in addition to consumer electronics firms and electrical distribution companies.  Brian earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. His outstanding academic performance at the Kelley School earned his admittance into Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society for business students.

Brian specializes in lean manufacturing, production operations management, and process improvement.

Teddy Rusli, MBA

Teddy Rusli is a Senior Associate with Corporate Strategy & Finance Associates. For more than ten years, Teddy has delivered enterprise software solutions, including e-commerce, business intelligence, data warehouse, and enterprise resource planning, to clients of all sizes. During his professional tenure, Teddy has managed projects from strategy through design, development, and implementation. He has valuable cross-functional experience as a product manager for a supply chain software developer, a software engineer and programming analyst, and a technology consultant with a global consulting firm. Teddy earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He is also a Sun Certified Java Programmer 2.

Teddy specializes in information technology solutions, project management, and data analysis.
